Jackie Batson, a Greenville native, enjoys the outdoors immensely. She has spent much of her time hiking, running, backpacking, mountain biking, building, and maintaining the many trails in the Upstate. As a team member, Jackie thoroughly enjoys splitting her time between mountain biking and road cycling, appreciating the skill required on the trail as well as the teamwork involved on the road. She plans to represent the team in both mountain and road events.
Jackie teaches eighth grade math at Greenville Middle Academy. She is married to Chip and is the mother of two teenage boys.
Jackie is also a very dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner.
