First Sunday’s GS Élan Beginner Women’s Ride led by GHS Every Woman Cycling Team & Carolina Triathlon.  The first Sunday of every month, we’ll either tackle Paris Mountain together or ride a 30 mile loop.  This is a ride built for beginner to intermediate women to become comfortable riding in a group, tackling a mountain, and networking with other women cyclists.  Road bikes & helmets required.
